simHEART develops simulation solutions for emergency medical training: patient monitors, AEDs, blood gas analysis, ultrasound, and telemedicine, along with suitable hardware for realistic training setups. The platform is used daily in training centers, rescue organizations, universities, and clinics.
The roots date back to 2021 with SanTool.at and the monitor simulator PatMon, born out of the need for practical and affordable tools for training. Today, it is represented by the simHEART GmbH based in Oberammergau, led by Johannes Krammer and Kamil Beranek.
The goal remains the same: simulation that behaves like the real device during training, at a price that small organizations can also afford.

Johannes Krammer
Managing Director and Developer
Johannes has been a software developer for over 10 years, an paramedic, and a long-time instructor in emergency medicine. With simHEART, he develops training software for emergency medicine that he regularly uses in simulation training.
Kamil Beranek
Managing Director
Kamil is an EMS physician and specialist with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine. In addition to his clinical work, he has founded several companies in the field of emergency and medical technology, including HERZmed, VisionHEART, ROCKSNAKE, and RescueHEART.
