Answers to frequently asked questions
As many as you want. One control unit can operate as many monitor devices as you need, but they all display the same monitor image. The point-of-care devices are independent of this: ultrasound, blood gas analysis, 12-lead ECG, blood sugar, and thermometer can be opened on as many additional smartphones or tablets as you like.
The simulation continues and simHEART automatically re-establishes the connection in the background. In the settings, you specify after how many seconds without a connection the simulation pauses. A short signal loss does not interrupt your scenario.
On servers of Hetzner in Germany.
Not in normal training operations. The only exception is the telemedicine module: Data is generated during an ongoing scenario that is temporarily stored. They are not evaluated and are deleted at the end of the telemedicine scenario.
No. No special approvals are needed, simHEART runs without intervention in your network configuration.
They remain intact. Self-created scenarios, uploaded ECGs, and ultrasound loops are not deleted. Once the license is active again, everything is available unchanged.
The license is ready for use immediately after payment is received. We usually deliver hardware within four weeks.
You get the full functionality of the Pro license for 14 days, including all monitors, telemedicine, training protocols, ultrasound, and blood gas analysis. The trial period ends automatically, you do not have to cancel anything or provide payment details.
